The Ironman Triathlon takes place in Hawaii every year. It consists of relaxing swim of 2.4 miles. Then competitors grab their bikes for an enjoyable 112 mile ride. Canadian Receiver Set to Walk-On

As an undersized receiver, Ben Cahoon made a memorable 13-year Canadian Football League career out of catching footballs and expertly evading tacklers.

Which, of course, is all good incentive for Jimmy Ralph.

At five-foot-nine, 173-pounds, and on the diminutive side himself, the product of Raymond High School is planning to head to Brigham Young University for a semester this fall. To say Ralph looks up to Cahoon, BYU’s new receivers coach, is a bit of an understatement.
